Here’s WHAT TO EXPECT from sports sessions:
A MONTHLY ASSESSMENT is performed the first Monday & Tuesday of each month to evaluate progress, and track results.
Athletes train in a GROUP SETTING to maximize INTENSITY and MOTIVATION.
Sessions are FULLY COACHED by the MB staff. Sessions train both INDOORS and OUTSIDE.
UPON ARRIVAL, athletes practice a pre-workout routine and dynamic warm-up to maximize training response and results.

To be progressive and multi-directional. Training includes practicing linear and lateral movement patterns, high impact & low impact intensities, acceleration & deceleration changes, and Energy System Development.
Running, sprinting, hopping, jumping, rotating, pushing, pulling, sliding, slamming and many more.
TRAINING MOVEMENTS are CONSISTENTLY CHALLENGED and CORRECTED by the MB staff to MAXIMIZE LEARNING, SAFETY, and RESULTS.
Every training session ends by practicing RESTORATION and RECOVERY techniques involving mobility training, myofascial release, and metabolic flushing.
