Here’s WHAT TO EXPECT with TORNADO TRAINING:


  • ASSESSMENT

    ASSESSMENTS are performed periodically to evaluate progress, and track results.

  • FUN!

    Training is in a GROUP SETTING for MOTIVATION, INTENSITY, and FUN!

  • COACHING

    Sessions are FULLY COACHED by the MB staff to ensure safety and effectiveness.

  • RESULTS

    Typical results include measurable improvement in strength & conditioning, body composition, and overall health & wellness.

  • MOVEMENTS INCLUDE

    Running, sprinting, hopping, jumping, rotating, pushing, pulling, sliding, slamming and many more.
