Here’s WHAT TO EXPECT from Sports Performance Training:


  • ASSESSMENTS

    Assessments are performed periodically to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, gauge progress, and track results.

  • MOTIVATION

    Athletes are motivated through personal tracking and coaching. Expectations are set by coaches, and athletes track there results.

  • COACHING

    Sessions are FULLY COACHED by the MB staff from start to finish.

  • RESULTS

    Results are not given, they are earned. Hard work and consistency maximize the outcome.

  • MOVEMENTS INCLUDE:

    Running, sprinting, hopping, jumping, rotating, pushing, pulling, sliding, slamming and many more.

NEW ATHLETES:

All new athletes are required to go through an on-boarding session (approx 1 hr) to evaluate, learn movements & basic nutrition tactics, and set training expectations.
